YNW Melly Announces “Create Your Own Free Melly Tee” Contest

YNW Melly has launched a contest in collaboration with SWRM motivating fans to create #FreeMelly merchandise and get PAID for their designs.

The competition is currently taking place until further notice and all designed merchandise will be sold on SWRM.

SWRM is a one of a kind platform designed to allow fans to create merchandise by providing licensed artwork to redesign, repurpose and create on behalf of the artist. It is a print-on-demand marketplace and compensates the designer and artist once the product is sold.

The entry process is pretty simple. Start by visiting the SWRM website and choosing the garment color and desired name for the product. Then, choose the artist to design for and download the artist asset pack, which in this case is YNW Melly. Create the design using your preferred graphics editing program and then upload the work and position on the chosen garment.

The designs must be unique and cannot include any material the artist does not own the rights to such as photographs, symbols, or copyrighted phrases. The platform provides the designer an artist’s asset pack with artist’s logos and permitted images.

All designers will be compensated for the items that are sold and can cash out using PayPal the month following the sale of their first product once the minimum accumulated amount has reached $20.

At the end of the contest, the top 3 designers will be reposted on YNW Melly instagram and the most sold item will be added to the YNW Store.

This is the perfect opportunity for designers to get a foot in the door designing merchandise for artists, and getting recognized and featured on an official artist store.
