Fenix Flexin Announces Release Date For First Solo Project 'Fenix Flexin Vol.1'

Ever since the news of his departure from Shoreline Mafia back in April, fans have been eager for the release of Fenix Flexin debut solo project. Fenix Flexin Vol.1.

The album, which was supposed to be released earlier this year, was delayed due to the pandemic that swept the nation. Finally, an official release date was announced earlier today (Aug 23).

Fenix confirmed the release date through his personal account on twitter as next month, on September 25th. Only a month away.

Earlier in June, the LA rapper shared the mixtape artwork and track-list for his 14-track debut project. Fenix Flexin Vol.1. will include features from Frosty Da Snow Mann, Philthy Rich, White John, Rucci, and more. It will also include a track dedicated to Mac P who passed away tragically earlier this year.

Alongside the release of the artwork and tracklist, Fenix released the mixtape’s leading single “Toxic” produced by Astro exclusively through DJ PHATTT Soundcloud.

“Toxic” showcases a slightly different side of Fenix, and isn’t a hyped up-beat party song however a truthful lyric centered track with a monotone delivery addressing the toxicity that surrounds him in his life and relationship with others.

Fenix has been building a name for himself as a solo artist for some time and establishing his individuality aside from being a member of Shoreline Mafia. He has been releasing records and featuring on other artist’s tracks using his own name, appearing on RONRONDOTHATSHIT debut project and releases a collaborative mixtape with Bravo The BagChaser. Fenix has also been touring as a solo artist and has accumulated a vast dedicated fanbase.

This is only the start to an even bigger and brighter career.
