2 Chainz's Wealth and Fame Fail to Impress His Son Halo

Despite being a famous rapper with millions of dollars, 2 Chainz's teenage son Halo remains largely unimpressed by his father's wealth and fame.

In a podcast episode with Issa Rae, Halo revealed that while he knows his father's rap name, 2 Chainz, to him his dad is simply "my dad".

When asked if he was impressed by his father's celebrity, Halo replied "no". He only seemed to perk up when 2 Chainz mentioned that "My money is your money". But even then, Halo declared that he had "more money than him".

2 Chainz shares three children with his wife Kesha Ward, including Halo. Though he has spent lavishly on their lifestyle, including a $300,000 wedding at the Versace Mansion, it does not seem to particularly awe his son.

In another podcast episode, 2 Chainz failed a "Are You Smarter Than A 1st Grader?" quiz given by Halo. When asked the freezing point of water, 2 Chainz guessed incorrectly while Halo knew the answer was 32 degrees.

When 2 Chainz asked Halo if he was smart, his son replied "Yeah, to count out money. To count out money."

This shows that for Halo, his father's wealth and fame have not defined their relationship. While 2 Chainz has achieved financial and professional success, his son sees him first and foremost as "just my dad."
